Communication Training

Without communication no collaboration.
Teams depend on good communication. This is the only way to achieve a common goal, synergy effects and the exchange of knowledge and experience between diverse personalities.

But communication has its pitfalls.
“Said is not heard, heard is not understood, understood is not agreed.” said Konrad Lorenz.

In this workshop, I work with teams to identify typical communication hurdles and reflect on classic communication models and concepts in terms of their applicability to everyday working life.

With a lot of interaction and exchange, the models are brought to life and clear and appreciative communication is practiced.


Content of the workshop:

  • Challenges in communication
  • Types of listening
  • Classic communication models (4 sides of a message, GfK, transactional analysis, etc.)
  • Giving appreciative feedback (also possible as separate training)
  • Communication in teams and organizations (radical collaboration, retrospectives)
  • Synchronous and asynchronous communication
  • Interactive exercises for all models
  • Exchange & Best-Practice-Sharing

Information about the set-up:

  • The ideal size is 8-12 participants.
  • No prior knowledge is required. Pre- or post-work can be included.
  • Onsite or remote or hybrid
  • Language: German or English possible
