#Motivation

My way to Life and Business Coach

Many years I have been concerned with people’s attitudes and behaviors. In my profession, it is important to be able to put yourself in someone else’s shoes and ask the right questions. I often observe how people block themselves from achieving their goals and don’t realize their full potential. As a People Lead and Team Coach, I can do my part to empower my colleagues and create a positive working environment. However, the responsibility for professional or private progress lies in each one of them.

Dr. Petra Bock

This guiding principle by Top Coach Dr. Petra Bock inspired me a lot. The idea of making this achievable not only for myself but also for others, was the trigger to complete the Life Coach formation and the Master program (certified according to the guidelines of the International Coach Federation ICF) at the renowned Dr. Bock Coaching Academy (DBCA).

This was followed by further formation at the German Society for Positive Psychology (DGPP) in the field of Positive Psychology, Positive Coaching and Positive Business, a Strengths Coach formation and the ICF certification.

Several years of professional experience in diverse roles (People Lead, Team Coach, HR/ People Business Partner) in agile as well as in more directive lead companies and experience with trainings and workshops complement my profile.

In addition to my self-employed work as a coach, which allows me to get to know many companies, industries and a wide variety of people, I also work part-time for a digital company in Berlin, where I am able to closely experience current developments in companies, challenges for collaboration and help shape the corporate culture and new leadership trends.
