Good reasons for leadership workshops for young managers:

Training new managers helps to ensure that they are better prepared to perform their roles successfully and supports the long-term positive development of the organization. In detail, this means

  1. Building leadership skills: New managers need to develop the basic leadership skills to be effective in their role. These include communication, conflict resolution, decision making, team management and the ability to motivate employees.
  2. Developing a leadership culture: Standardized training for new managers promotes the development of a consistent leadership culture in the organization. This helps to create a common understanding of leadership principles and ensure that leaders act in a similar way.
  3. Overcoming typical challenges: Inexperienced leaders can be better prepared to avoid mistakes that could negatively impact the team and organization through solid training. Leadership training enables new managers to change their perspective, understand their role and successfully settle into their new responsibilities.
  4. Encouraging self-reflection: Leadership training and workshops provide the opportunity for self-reflection and the development of leadership styles. New managers can better understand their own strengths and weaknesses and learn how to develop their leadership skills.

  • Participants with different management experience are possible as long as there is an open exchange and no 'intimidation' by experienced or more senior people.
  • On-site, remote, hybrid
  • Language: German or English possible
